KÉRDÉS ELŐTT OLVASD EL AZ ÖSSZEFOGLALÓT ÉS HASZNÁLD A KERESŐT!

Ha EU-n kívülről rendelsz, mindig kalkuláld bele az ÁFA-t, esetleges vámot, kezelési költséget! Nem számít, hogy mi van a csomagra írva (gift vagy alacsonyabb összeg), el sem olvassák. Röntgen és a fizetési bizonylat (paypal, bankszámla kivonat) alapján történik az ÁFA fizetés.
Ha EU tagországból érkezik a csomagod vagy EU szállítással tagországi vámolással (EU warehouse, EU express) akkor abban az esetben sem vámot sem ÁFA-t nem kell fizetni.
Sima posta esetén (kínai, belga, svéd, holland stb.) 60 nap is lehet a kézbesítési idő (jellemzően 25-40 nap, de ritka esetben előfordulhat ennél rövidebb idő is). Aggódni 45 nap után érdemes, akkor lehet mozgolódni, érdeklődni.

Boltok, fizetés, szállítás, nyomkövetés, vámolás, reklamáció témakörökkel kapcsolatban található információ az összefoglalóban, ezért erősen ajánlott kinyitni és elolvasni a felesleges és ismétlődő kérdések elkerülése érdekében.

Ahogy írtam... lejárt az ali-s 60napos szállítási határidő, dispute-ot nyitottam! Lejárt ez a határidő is, most átváltott ugye ali-s kivizsgálási körbe...
