  Tele van a tököm a Banggooddal.

  Augusztus végén írtam nekik, hogy elromlott a Robororock S7, "LIDAR blocked, unblock it" hibára hivatkozva leáll, hiába forgatom meg a LIDAR tornyot, az pár másodperc után újra leáll.

  Watch the attached Youtube video!!! My Roborock S7 vacuum cleaner has Lidar errors for the last ~2weeks. Error message is \"LIDAR sensor is blocked, unblock it\". First it helped to manually turn LIDAR turret so it unblocked. But now it doestn\'t help. I have read that a potential problem cause might be that the low quality LIDAR motor is dying. Forums also indicate that the replacement procedure is easy and does not require special tools, but warranty label on screw might be broken. I have preemtivelly ordered a LIDAR motor from a Roborock/Xiaomi spare parts shop. If possible I do not want be without my vacuum cleaner for weeks. I ask for your explicit permission to replace the motor myself. Also please send me a replacement motor because the motor I have I payed myself. Alternativelly if I must send vacuum into your service but you can repare in just a few days thats also ok with me. (I dont want to be without the vacuum ) Best Regards

  Másfél hétig ment a huzavona a supporttal, hogy megkérdezik a beszállítót, de nem érik el, legyek türelemmel és kérdezzek rá újra a szupportnál.

  Most jött egy ilyen válasz:
  Supplier replies, It needs to be sent for repair, but you have already disassembled it. Free warranty cannot be provided and you need to pay for repair. The radar you purchased may not be suitable, and the motherboard may be broken.

  Én nem nyitottam ki a gépet.
  Ettől függetlenül el vagyok bizonytalanodva, hogy most akkor mi van? Egy szimpla kérdést másfél hétig tart megválaszolniuk. Mennyi idő lesz megszerelniük és egyáltalán jól fogják-e megcsinálni?

  Mi a tapasztalat, hova kell küldeni egy ilyen Bangood-os Robororckot javításra és mennyi ideig tart?
